How do I cancel an order?

Do I need to create an account to shop from you?

Will I fit into a garment listed as one size/free size?
Our one size garments are items that are meant to be worn oversized, are free flowing or adjustable. If you wear a size small too large, these items will generally fit you. Please check our measurements and size guide! We list out model's measurements as a reference.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once you log in to your account, you can check the order status page. Alternatively, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on your order status.

We currently only ship within the United States. We will be adding International shipping in 2021
How much is shipping to ... ?
All orders over $100 receive complimentary free shipping, unless noted differently for special promotions and sales. Shipping throughout the United States ranges anywhere from $6.95-$29.95.

How fast is your shipping?
Shipping within the US generally takes 5 business days to process and between 10-15 days to reach the customer.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
