We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal and ApplePay.

Do I need to create an account to shop from you? 

You can check out as a guest during checkout.


Will I fit into a garment listed as one size/free size? 

Our one size garments are items that are meant to be worn oversized, are free flowing or adjustable. If you wear a size small to large, these items will generally fit you. Please check our measurements and size guide! We list out model's measurements as a reference.



How do I check the status of my order? 

Once you log in to your account, you can check the order status page. Alternatively, you can send us an email at fashionistatherapy@gmail.com to check on your order status.


Do you ship to...? 

We currently only ship within the United States.


How much is shipping to ... ? 

All orders over $100 receive complimentary free shipping, unless noted differently for special promotions and sales.  Shipping throughout the United States ranges anywhere from $6.95-$29.95.


Something is missing from my order.

How fast is your shipping? 

Shipping within the US generally takes 5 business days to process and between 10-15 days to reach the customer.



Refund policy:

 If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All returned items must be unaltered,unworn and in saleable  conditions. Most refunds will require the product to be send back  to our facility if it has already been shipped, but if it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible for 50%refund. We will  issue refunds on items damaged in transit and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs. It is the BUYERS responsibility to check their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping chargers to and from us. Moss fashion Clothing is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.

 If u need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at Fashionistatherapy@gmail.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replaced it at no additional cost to you.

Can I return a sale item? 


All sale items are final sale.
